Originated, coordinated, securitized/structured, received approvals for limited recourse financing of US$ 500 million with IFC, ADB, syndicate of local banks and capital markets for two New Venture power projects with generating capacity of 220 MW & 560 MW under EPC framework. Managed project’s FX risk through a cross currency swap. (2006-07)
