Developed the strategic vision and commercial strategy for Engro Eximp Agri Products, a wholly owned subsidiary of Engro and one of the top five basmati rice exporters in Pakistan. Proposed a new strategic vision, expanding into staple food products and developed feasibility studies for wheat flour, maize starch, poultry feed, spices & recipes. (2020)
Dairy Farmer Financing Program
Worked out the total economic value of a farmer financing program to increase herd size of milking animals for Friesland Campina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL). Developed the first-of-its-kind, tri-partite livestock financing program safeguarding the interests of dairy farmers, FCEPL and commercial banks. (2020)
